- Government¡¦s water supply main: subcontractor for supply and installation of single and double end feed supply.
- Primary developer project: New installation for domestic/non-domestic installation.
- The Chinese University of Hong Kong project (within lot boundary of the University): Two main ductile iron feed up pipelines of diameter 200mm for fresh water supply from Tai Po road directed to the main water meter of the University. Since the mentioned pipelines are on the slope surface, works has to involve the construction of the thrust blocks (on site suit) for pipe supporting on the slope. (Detail refers to attached reference pictures list B).
- Ditto but works for setting up of a new UV-Zone system & modification of the pipeline systems - UPVC (jet pipe of diameter 150 mm, absorption pipe of diameter 150mm for highest water level and L.W.L for 80mm), Sand/Sedimentation tanks & Skimmer etc.

- Renewal of different residential building (High-rise Building and Village House): replacements of fresh, flushing, drainage and rain water pipe systems.
LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) & Towngas (HKCG)
- Repairing work of the underground gas main pipe at Public Estate, New Territory (details refer to attached reference picture list C).
- Modification work of gas equipment for the ring main system at the roof of high-rise building (details refer to attached reference picture list C).
- Setting up of the LPG compound for main gas transfer at Public Estate, New Territory (details refer to attached reference picture list C).
Automatic irrigation system for landscape purpose
The normal market practice of ¡§Design and Build¡¨ concept is adopted by us. ¡§Rain Bird¡¨ and ¡§Claber¡¨ landscape irrigation products are taken by us to develop the system (Details refer to attached reference pictures list G1, list G2).

- Design stage: provision of full-set of calculation documentation including design pattern, system arrangement, CAD-drawing presentation for work standard and checking. Bill of Quantity (BQ) is used for cost lock.
- Build stage: Excavation & setting up of all equipments according to tender drawing.
