1. Plumbing Work for three types of water supply systems:
a. Commercial (work places are Public Rail Traffic Stations, Gas Stations, Swimming Pools, Golf Parks, Sport Fields, Hotel, Hospital, Public Parks and Restaurants): Works include design of the plumbing arrangements for the whole plumbing systems, excavation for pipe trench / chamber, backfilling for making good, concrete work for building up, servicing channel, pipe support, foot path and traffic road. We provide detailed plumbing proposal for approval by Water Authority of the HKSAR before commencement of the project work.
b. Domestic/Residential (work places are High-rise Building and Village Building): Pipe installation works for feed up main, delivery main, down up distributionˇK for different water supply systems e.g. fresh & flush water systems, drainage and rain water pipeline systems according to mentioned type of services.
c. Non-Residential Building (work places are Elderly House, Nursery, Young Club, Factory, Sewage Treatment Station and Pump Transactions House): Renewal, modification, dismantling and installation of the water supply system.
2. Gas Installation (work places are private Land Lot & Government Public Areas)
- We provide high standard gas installation and repairing workmanship in Hong Kong in accordance to the local statutory requirements, e.g. Hong Kong Standard & Guidelines, Dangerous Goods Ordinance, Gas safety Ordinance / Regulations, Building Regulations, and Fire Service Ordinance. Works include:
- Operating procedures: Emergencies for LPG Compounds and Cylinder Stores.
- High pressure pipe work: Modification works for existing underground gas main, normally, using steel welded joint method and confirmed by magnetic test method.
- Domestic installation: Gas pipe installation and replacement work for high-rise building and village building.
- Non-Domestic installation: Gaseous fuels for commercial premises: located at factory, restaurant, club house & hotel. Works include installation, modification, replacement a/o new setting for equipments of the boiler and vaporizer assembly / system.
- Issuing certification: Provide annual checking and submission to meet the statutory requirement for Elderly house, Nursery and Young club.
Classes of gas installation work: Our staff possess different recognized classes of gas installation licenses.
- Class 1-7: Gas installation, repairing, maintenance and modification work for domestic and non-domestic buildings.
- Class 8: Work for industrial appliances (process) including mounded tank and LPG compound operation.
- Class 9: Competent person. Handling, repairing, checking and confirming of normal operation for LPG Compounds and Cylinder Stores Operation.
3. Building Maintenance Works
- We provide maintenance work for all buildings including inspection, building facade, concrete repairing, wall repainting, tunnel construction for drainage, pipeline and valve chamber etc. All works comply with the Construction Industry Levy System and Building Ordinance of the HKSAR. (Sample of building maintenance works refer to attached reference pictures list A).
- For New Territories Exempted Houses (NTEHs) in private land / developer, external and internal face works are:
ˇE External work: construction of the foundation and building of the house according to Building (Construction) Regulation.
ˇE Interior work: interior design and fit out according to the client 's requirement.
4. Interior design and fitout
- We have designers and team members to provide professional proposal for interior design project. In project period, our project manager and his team handle all fitout / decoration works.

Two main considerations are shown as follows:
1. Safety consideration: Requirement under the Building Ordinary to be strictly followed at the design stage.
2. Material consideration: Different computer software for the design stage for proposal presentation, e.g. CAD, Sketch Up, Maya and 3d max for client 's better understanding and recording.
